Our client a leading international broad based vendor focused lessor requires an additional Account Manager to further develop its presence in the food and agriculture sectors across the South West of the UK.
Your role will be one of developing primarily developing retail vendor programme business in the food & agriculture sectors. You will work with vendor sales staff and their management to grow finance volumes and finance penetration levels and will be closely involved in closing larger transactions direct with end user customers.
Candidate Profile
You will be based in the South West of the UK and have hard asset finance sales experience and ideally with an appreciation of financing agricultural assets. Additionally it is desirable to have experience of also working with and through intermediaries meaning vendors / dealers ( rather than lease brokers ) to get to end user customers.
You must have a strong record of achievement in the sector and well developed documentation, pricing , credit & structuring skills and have experience working within a large complex environment
You should have the ability and motivation to want to progress to more senior roles as our clients business offers significant potential for career progression both nationally & internationally for appropriately skilled individuals.
Base salary is not expected to be over £45,000 but an attractive bonus exists that provides further earnings of 35% of base salary for achievement of targets. All usual large company benefits exists including, life & health cover plus a car allowance of £480 per month or a company car. A money purchase pension is also provided where the companies contribution is up to 15% of base salary, dependent on age.
