Managing Director - Back Office & Operations Benelux - based Antwerp 

 

Our client a leading international asset financier with assets of > €20Bn & new business originations of >€5Bn in 2008 seeks a Managing Director to be responsible for its back office & operations business in the Benelux.

 

You will be based from our clients Antwerp offices and will lead an operations and sales support team writing vendor driven business in the hard asset sectors of construction, print, machine tools, agriculture & forestry.

 

This positions reports to the General Manager of the Benelux region and will have a credit authority mandate as part of the role so you should have a background in credit & operations.

 

 

Candidate Profile

 

You must be a fluent Dutch speaker with ideally also English and / or French language skills. You must have experience of building and leading teams of support staff in credit, operations and sales support but must have a strong credit background.

 

You must be comfortable being part of a small team in a fast growing new region for our client and as a consequence will have a can do attitude to developing business and working with our clients sales teams.

 

An awareness and appreciation of both vendor driven business and the assets that our client is focused on is a clear advantage but not a pre-requisite.

 

Salary to €100,000 with bonus potential to 20% of base salary plus all normal large company benefits including a company car or car allowance.
