Our client a leading financier of ICT products & services requires a Chief Finance Officer to take overall responsibility for its entire finance function and , potentially , also its Human Resources department . The position, which will be an executive role , as part of the senior management team will also encompass working closely with institutional investors. You will be expected to be able to make a strategic contribution to the growth of clients business and its further international expansion.
Candidate Profile
You will be a qualified accountant with substantial experience of operating ideally at board level in at least an SMB sized company or possibly in a non board position within a larger group.
Your experience will , ideally , be in the finance & leasing sector or the ICT supply or services industries but those with other service sector experience at the required level are welcome to apply.
You should have some international experience and importantly will have worked in rapid growth environments that mirror our clients business.
Total remuneration will provide earnings to at least £120,000 plus all usual executive benefits including car allowance, life insurance, health insurance, pension. Importantly this position includes equity participation for the right individual.
