Our client, a specialist in back office administration for the leasing and asset finance sector with strong banking group ownership seeks an Application Support Analyst to provide a comprehensive application support and projects service to clients, staff, management team and the Projects & IT Director


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide an application support service for our client’s systems such as lease administration, proposal management and document distribution
Advise and liaise with clients (both internal and external) and application providers to support and address issues
Liaise with the operations and accounting departments as well as clients to support and develop robust and effective business processes and identify opportunities to improve these processes
Provide training to staff and clients as required on applications
Review issue logs and chase application providers on any outstanding areas
Implement process improvements
Crystal report development
Test, implement and document new versions of systems as they are released prior to be being implemented

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Relevant previous experience in leasing, outsourcing, back office administration would be advantageous
Previous experience of supporting lease administration and proposal management systems. Knowledge of ICEnet products, ICEPRO and ICEMAN would be advantageous
Experience of Crystal reporting (v8.5) is vital. Knowledge and appreciation of query analyzer and database structures would also be advantageous
Knowledge of Spindle the document distribution tool would also be useful
Business / IT Degree would be an advantageous
Self-motivated, professional individual with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
