This is one of the few literal marketing positions in the leasing industry because this is one of the very few companies which recognizes the critical importance of this important function. This experienced marketing person will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns in conjunction with the President and divisional sales managers. They will develop brochures, newsletters etc. In addition, the Marketing Manager will be expected to manage a Windows based data base and provide sales reports. The appropriate candidate needs to have leasing company experience and fully understand the products, benefits, and criteria which differentiates one company from another. This company has vendor and direct sales forces, so the more experience, the better.

Experience with marketing functions within a leasing company. Interface with outside marketing firm, but handle as much as possible in house in order to be able to prioritize and react quickly with products as needed. Strategize to develop marketing programs. Experience where primary job focus was Marketing, rather than one in which marketing was peripheral.
