Our client a specialist technology financier with a revolutionary service proposition seeks two Senior Business Development Managers to build strategic relationships with tier one ICT vars, systems integrators & manufacturers who operate nationally or internationally and have an addressable finance opportunity of £200M+ and a sales force of c100+ in size.

Your role will be to work closely with our clients senior management team to identify ,  prospect, win and then manage strategically these new relationships operating at board level and across all functions to gain maximum mindshare to engender strategic pro-active use of our clients unique service by the partners sales staff.

You will negotiate and structure white label solutions as appropriate and will be expected to deliver £500,000 a year of profit annually.

Candidate Profile

Our clients preference is to hire one person on the south of the UK and one in the North, they are flexible on location providing you have good access to major conurbations and business opportunities. You must have an extensive knowledge of the ICT finance sector and critically a real depth of experience of indirect routes to market and a record of demonstrable and sustained achievement.

You must be completely comfortable operating at board level and across all business functions and have excellent concept sales skills and critically the ability to convince board directors to change their existing sales methodologies and orthodoxy to engender pro-active use of finance.

You will be confident, articulate and assertive, possessing real presence and gravitas and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Critically you must have a genuine need for sustained high earnings and be a real starter able to thrive in a fast paced performance orientated environment.

Base salary range to £75,000 with on target earnings of £150,000. Commission is paid on linear basis monthly in arrears and is totally uncapped. Once over 100% of annual target is achieved commission accelerators of 150% of normal rate apply allowing for total earnings of £225,000 for achievement of 150% of annual goal. All usual large company benefits apply including a generous car allowance and equity participation
