Cisco Capital - Leasing Account Manager - Spain

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall:
Cisco Capital seeks senior leasing sales professional to develop and manage local enterprise accounts in Spain and participate in the management of multinational accounts.

Relationships:

  • Will report to the Regional Sales Manager Mediterranean
  • Cisco sales force
  • End clients with a focus on the CFO and key financial decision makers

    Deliverables:
  • Responsible for the sales and development and growth of Cisco Capital’s business with Enterprise Service Providers in Spain.
  • Provide an outstanding level of service to our customers, Cisco and end user
  • Working with and participating with the Sales Management team and Cisco sales force.
  • Particular focus on driving the growth of financing solutions for managed services and IP Telephony solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quota by working with Cisco Systems field sales directors and managers, account managers and services account managers to provide financial solutions.
  • Provide creative deal structuring and sales support for strategic sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with General Manager, Operations Director, Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers in the Cisco sales organisation.
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activities.
  • Training of Cisco’s field sales force.
  • Meeting with customers to negotiate pricing and structuring of transactions.


    Travel / Shifts:

  • Regional travel for client visits

    Technical Skills:

  • Experience in leasing sales and financial sales to large enterprises accounts (essential)
  • Working knowledge of the operating lease product (essential)
  • Good understanding of financial arithmetic, leasing contracts, leasing legislation, and lease accounting (essential)
  • Knowledge of structured finance and the ability to structure complex financial transactions (advantageous)
  • Working with enterprise customers to CFO level (essential)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (essential)
  • Accurate sales forecasting (essential)
  • Experienced at account planning (essential)
  • Able to educate and train Cisco sales force on leasing and finance products (essential)
  • Managing accounts with multiple people and integration with vendor sales staff (essential)
