Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Executive, Europe, responsible the identification, development execution and delivery of sales and services into Banks and Financial institutions throughout Europe

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify new business opportunities within the leasing and asset based lending sector whilst keeping appraised of trends and regulatory changes that would affect sector conditions.
Manage the building of a pipeline within the territory; work lists of qualified prospects for use as sales leads, based on information from marketing such as: business directories, industry ads, trade shows (ELFA Ops & Tech), Internet Web sites, internal marketing leads and other sources
Travel through assigned territory to call on prospective customers to solicit orders
Organize events together with marketing team to create new opportunities.
Analyse and assist in the completion of request for proposals from prospects, formulate solutions and follow-up of these RFP’s
Analyse prospect needs to recommend and demonstrate how client solutions would exceed the requirements
Emphasise value selling before providing features such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation.
Manage, prepare and negotiate pricing, credit terms, sales contracts for orders obtained.
Qualify and communicate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules
Consults with Professional Services on highly technical problems

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree BA, BSc from four-year college or university and 7 + years direct sales experience including 3 years of software application sales experience.
Recent successful sales execution
Financial market background with Leasing or Asset based lending an advantage
Experience in financial software product sales to all business verticals.
European language and English
Strong interest in corporate finance and IT matters.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers required
Excellent ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation required
Analytical mind and team spirit
Must be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer needs.
Ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge is required

Our client, a global leasing organisation seeks a Sales Leader, Construction for their Germany region. The role will entail contacting, developing and closing financial sales opportunities, as well as establishing and maintaining excellent ongoing relationships with customers and partners

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Integrate with equipment sales and operations on a daily basis
Investigate research and understand customer base and distribution methodology
Present finance programs to equipment sales force
Evaluate success by measuring finance volume, penetration and incremental sales
Partner with equipment divisions on developing equipment pricing strategies and subsidy programs
Establish customer relationships and make presentations on finance program offerings

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Degree (emphasis in accounting, finance or economics) or equivalent work experience
At least five years of experience in financial sales or operations management within a finance company environment
Relevant experience includes working in a captive finance environment, third-party vendor program management or banking
Experience working in the construction equipment industry, industrial equipment industry or heavy machinery industry
Specific knowledge of crane customers and distribution in Germany desirable
Underpinning knowledge of product or similar product would be an advantage, with ability to talk to product changes
Experience in all financial products used
Language Requirements: English and German

Leading global vendor driven financier seeks an additional Account Executive to take responsibility for developing further its business with a number of vendor partners operating in the technology, graphics arts and construction sectors in central & northern Germany 

 

Your role will be build and develop upon existing relationships to achieve growth in lease volumes and finance penetration levels working with the partners and their customers to hit very achievable targets of c€9m per annum for a full year.

 

Candidate Profile

 

Our client is flexible on location but you will be based in Central or Northern Germany. You must be a fluent German and English speaker and have a record of success in vendor / dealer driven middle / larger ticket transactions and possess strong business and relationship development and also forecasting and pipeline management skills.

 

You will have well developed IT skills with proficiency in word , excel , powerpoint etc have strong documentation , deal structuring and pricing skills and will have the gravitas and presence to be convincing at board level with both customers and vendor partners.

 

 

Salary to €65,000 with a further 45% performance bonus with additional earning potential for high achievers. All usual large company benefits are provided including a company car.
