Our client is income focused rather than turnover focused , a typical £100,000 personal income for an Area Manager could be achieved by writing £500,000 a month of business at 15% IRR and achieving a net return of 3% of amount financed in insurance fees. Equally the same personal income could be achieved with either a higher or lower insurance income or higher or lower selling. Our clients average advance is £45,000 and their average term 46 months.

Your relationship with your customer will also extend to assisting the business with any arrears, repossessions and disposals attributable to your portfolio.

If you used to working for a traditional bank asset financier and selling at low margins and perhaps waiting for the call from the banks relationship managers to introduce you to their customers this is not a role for you.
